Excellent place to store your items. Very friendly staff and so helpful. Very clean and hours are great. There's always a staff member on site. Safety is important to me and this is a safe environment. Cameras are also a plus! Everyone should check this company first before looking elsewhere!!

Great Place

I was looking for a storage place to keep my stuff for a couple of months and came across Extra Space Storage. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They showed me around the property and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall I was very pleased with my experience there and with the staff.

superb customer service at 38th ave Santa Cruz, CA, but...

I simply adore the people of the 38th avenue Santa Cruz, CA facility! They are superb customer service gems! I give them an A+++++ and 6-star rating. My only wishes are that 1) the facility was open later (like until 11pm at least one day per week. And 2) that even small/tiny trash baskets were available in the halls. These could be video-monitored to prevent abuse.

The staff there are the very best and the place is super clean and secure

The extra storage people are the friendliest, most polite, and always willing to go the extra mile- they do everything in their power to help! They are very professional bur extra helpful and caring. They always make me feel right at home and they keep the premises up to a 'Gold' standard of cleanliness and maintenance! I highly recommend this facility and staff!

I found this facility to be very clean,easy to get to the area you have your unit

The office ladies were very helpful, answered all of my questions and concerns. The elevator makes it so much easier to get to the unit. I would tell my friends about this facility and location is easy to get in and out of.

Fast and easy set up in the office, friendly staff

This is my second time using Extra Space and the units are clean, good. lighting in hallways and I late till 10. The staff are ways helpful and easy to work with. My review is simple and to the point, and thats thats excactly what I need from Extra Space. So be it, and thank you for making my experience with you a breeze.

better than the competition

I have another storage unit at the competition's facility and, if there was not so much stuff to move, I would move it all here. The staff is friendly and considerate here, the unit is great and has a light inside, plenty of carts, clean. And the gate code is not some mystic number I can't remember. Price: they might be a bit more than the competition, but the move in discounts make up for it.

Pleasantly Surprised!

Very satisfied with the facility and staff at this facility. The manager and office staff is friendly, accommodating, and thorough. My wife and I needed to find a storage facility local to our new home. We were both pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. The manager and office staff made us feel comfortable with the choices we had available to us. They didn't try to oversell us and explained all the options available. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The facility is kept clean, secure, and well lit. Kevin, the facility manager is is to work with, always greets me with a smile and by first name. Appreciate the carts, which make transfering items from vehicle to and from storage easy.

Lacking in...

From what I noticed, there's only two employees working at this facility; when I need to speak to someone in the office, I'm inconvenienced to wait for someone to come back to the office and unlock it when I could have been done with my business in 5 minutes or less had someone been there to help me when I needed it.

E114 is a safe place for my "treasures".

When I first moved into the area after downsizing, I needed to find a secure, accessible place to store my belongings until I found a permanent place to live. In 15 years here, my storage unit has served as a garage, a cupboard, a steamer trunk, a tool shed, a clothes closet, a file cabinet, an attic, a basement and a safe. As a woman, I appreciate the security both entering and leaving, as well as the readily available carts, wide hallways, motion sensor lighting, wide elevators and sprinklered units. Extra Space Storage provides me with a clean, professionally maintained facility. And the local staff is outstanding! Thank you to first Cindy and now Kevin for 15 years of peace of mind. What more could I want for my precious belongings.
