Extra storage is the place for my husband and I to use long term. It starts with wonderful customer service from the first phone call and followed up by walking in the facility. The employee&#39;s are awesome. Professional,kind and considerate.Very helpful on finding the right amount of space. Very clean facility as well. Bravo and keep up the wonderful attitudes. Please before making your decision at least look at there place you&#39;ll be glad you didn&#39;t pass them up.

Extra Space Storage: I was stuck with a truckload of property on a weekend and was met with the kind of courtesy you just don&#39;t see much of in today microwave society. The service I received from Extra Space Storeage in Riverview was exceptional. Due to our time crunch we needed things taken care of in a very short window and they helped me succeed in that goal. I was setting things us for a unit just before they closed on Saturday afternoon on behalf of my son who was relocating for work. He had one day (Sunday) to unload and return the truck and report for work early Monday morning two hours away.

I needed to move my things into storage with little time to spare. Meagan Baytarian, store manager, listened patiently to my situation and offered just the right options for me. When she did not have the size unit that I needed she did not hesitate to pick up the phone and call the closest ExtraSpace Storage facility. Additionally, because it was late in the day she went the extra mile and assisted me in reserving the unit the other facility DID have so that I could go ahead and move in over the weekend. The leasing paperwork was quick and easy yet clearly defined. I will be telling my friends and family about this company’s service. Above and beyond, excellent customer care, and pleasant to work with. Thank you so much Meagan! When I was in a time crunch, a nearby ExtraSpace Storage facility helped me find your facility. It was late in the day when I arrived at the store. Yet Drew was very pleasant as he took me to my reserved storage unit, showed me around the building, and assisted me in getting my unit locked. He also introduced me to his manager, Chris Golden. The building is immaculate. Move in was a breeze. I am so thankful the two stores worked together to help me get the size storage unit I needed, at a reasonable price, with an incident free move in, and great customer care experience.
