Brad Gardella walked us through the leasing contract and answered all of our questions fully. We are still new to this facility but we feel good about out decision to store our RV here for the next couple of months.

This was my first experience with a storage facility and Brad was terrific! He answered all my questions and made things easy for me. The property was clean and well lit, so I felt safe when I came in the evening. I would recommend this location to my friends.

EVERYONE THAT HAS EVER BEEN ABUSED BY THIS DRAMA – NEEDS TO SAY SOMETHING – ITS NOT JUST ME – OH YA – SUE ME – DON’T FORGET TO TELL YOUR LAWYER THE TRUTH Continued The unit right beside mine (exactly the same size) for 30% less than what I was paying – I asked for my rent to be adjusted – AND ASKED AGAIN – They took 10% off – So my unit was still approx 20% more than the unit right next to mine (which came with a free &#189; or 1 first month free)– That unit stayed empty for approx 2 months – On sat 8/12/17 I was moving out – I spoke with 4 people (Just 4) – I asked them if they had had any problems with this person 2 said no – 2 said YES and they were both very unhappy – REALLY unhappy – They gave me their names and phone # s – HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF THIS PERSONS DRAMA The same person we have been talking about – Told me he was going to sue me – for the review that EXTRA SPACE PUBLISHED – Very sorry for some of the broken/incomplete grammar and spelling of words – ORIGINALLY the site said the amount of characters I wrote would fit and I am just a little disgusted and typing fast - So let review I can park 60 feet away from my door (because the manages drama and I’m going teach you – I measured it today I can pay more rent by far - Almost 20% of someone walking in the door I can report a managers swearing at a 60 year old with her 11 year old grandson and no one investigates I should be happy to not be able to see in a 30 foot unit All I wanted to do is be able to park &lt; 60 feet away and see when I get in my unit didn’t car about 20-30% $50-60– Their email “Were sorry to see you go” Pretty sad EXTRA SPACE

Here is the rest of what I wrote - That they didn&#39;t ore would publish I wrote it down word for word as they were approx 3 units from ours and the date - I reported this to his supervisor and suggested they do the same – I also noted to his supervisor there seemed to be something (possibly mental) wrong with this manager – On two separate occasions when communicating with him – His animated antic were clearly visible – The second time I brought someone with me to verify this and the person I brought agreed with me - The supervisor seemed to have swept it under the rug – So called again and asked him if he contacted the people and asked them what happened and why he never did a follow up call to us (like he said he would) – His reply was troubling – He wanted us to identify the people who moved out – Their unit # - We gave him the date and approx location of their unit (THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT MOVED OUT THAT DAY NEAR US) – He also said he called us and left us a message – My phone is my business – HE NEVER CALLED – He was 100% lying – I told him they should install a camera in the office without him knowing (THEN YOU WILL SEE) AND I am pretty sure it only certain people Then he would turn the electricity off – I was unable to plug in a light to be able to see in a 30 foot garage for the 10 minutes I was there – This is a sick person The snow removal – For a week there was 18” plus outside my door – It wasn’t just a little – It was 5-6’ across the whole garage door (how long is the door ? 8’ maybe) and 18” deep – We ended up shoveling it every time it snowed – We asked the supervisor – WHERE TO PUT THIS SNOW (a lot of snow) Because the obvious place is right near the keypad (We wanted an answer – We didn’t want to liable if something happened as a cause of the snow (WE SHOULDN”T BE SHOVELING) He couldn’t – WOULDN”T answer us – Because of the liability we presume In Feb 2017 a few months after my rent rose more than 10% after less than a year – The unit right bes

For the record – I have two other Extra Space storage units in FL for several years – That manager there always mentions and states (We are the nicest customers she has) The largest ones – The most expensive – UNTIL DEALING WITH THIS MANAGE I WAS FINE - I will be leaving there ASAP also - There are multiple reasons you should seek a rental elsewhere – The manager (probably not allowed to state his name) is the main reason - The one who is there every day of the week except Thursday (his day away) Our unit is the one of the LARGEST there also and is located at the keypad entry for the facility – There is a space located directly across from it approx 15 feet away – This is the ideal space (two vehicles) for anyone who has a unit near mine to park and not be in the way of anyone entering the facility – Otherwise you are blocking the entrance – When we first moved there we (VERY POLITELY) asked him to pull a little forward so we could park there also and not be in the way – This is when he stated acting and talking (strangely and somewhat rudely) to us – He did move enough and things were fine for a while – The second encounter happened when we went into the office (several weeks later) to thank him for pulling forward so we could park – He did the same (strange rude) behavior – So I decided to just never encounter him again – But now I was somewhat concerned about the safety of my goods – All my stock is there – In a 30 ft unit outside the gate – And we all know that when YOU need a camera to work in your favor – Your 50% of the time out of luck – It would be devastating to have this (seemingly defective person) plan a robbery from the inside (he could easily down the camera system) EVERY DAY I thought of this and planned to move out (but I am very busy all the time) A few months later this same person was yelling and repeatedly swearing (the F word three times) at a 60 year old woman who was moving out – She had her 11 year old son and several people helping

My experience with Brad at the Salisbury , MA location is outstanding, he is always there to answer my questions and make suggestions for my needs. I recently needed additional storage due to an unexpected move and Brad suggested a 5X5 unit that just met my needs.

Forced to take your insurance.
I do not think it is right that we are forced to take your insurance. The minimum amount is only $10 a month or $120 a yr. I feel it is like throwing $120 a yr. away and I do not like throwing money away. There has got to be a form you can have the renter sign that would clear you of any responsibility.

One of the best places I have ever dealt with. The owners are so warm and friendly. It made the whole experience a lot easier. I have used many storage facilities in my life and this by far has been the best.

Not only is The Salisbury extra space storage clean easy to access and convient with houroperation butt also the entire staff is so helpful and nice it makes me enjoy going in to pay my bill just to say hello to such warm kind friendly people. This facility is very convenient
The location of this facility makes it very convenant,there is easy access to the facility the area is well lit and has electrical outlets that are easy to access. The storage units themselves are nicely maintained and clean the doors slide easy and my units is dry. There is no problems with winter weather either.

The couple that manages this facility in salisbury is wonderful. Our rate did go up this year but I think they do that every year as costs are skyrocketing in every arena. Would definitely recommend this site.

The Staff at this facility makes the facility GREAT!
As stated in my "summary" without the Staff of Janice and Husband (my mind has lost his name) this facility wouldn't be as GREAT as it is----oh! his name is Graham! They go out of their way to make your rental what you need.
