NO AUTOMATIC DRAFTS!!! Ugghh!!! So now I have to put money in that account, plus possible overdraft fees!!! Management: I DON&#39;T DO AUTOMATIC DRAFTS!!!

I&#39;ve had my belongings in storage here for over a year due to necessity. I have seen the place kept clean, bug free, and friendly-AND secure. This really is a good location. There are less expensive locations but they aren&#39;t secure, and to be honest, they don&#39;t seem to care about your &#39;stuff&#39;. This place is different. GREAT manager, Debbie.

Management is amazing. She treated us with amazing service as soon as we walked in. She took time to listen to our needs and didn&#39;t push us to a bigger or more expensive unit but gave us our options. The units are clean and havent had a problem so far! Prices are the lowest I found.

If you care about your belongings, this is the Extra Space Storage location you want to use. Not only is it conveniently located but the staff on site are EXCEPTIONAL!!! The manager Stephanie is very attentive and thorough. But the absolute GEM of this location is Deborah!!!! During my stressful 800+ mile move she was the light at the end of a dark tunnel! She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. And I have no doubt that my things are secure because she diligently monitors the grounds and ensures that every thing is as it should be, nothing is going to get by her! I can not tell you the peace of mind she gave my husband and I during a very overwhelming relocation. Her customer service is superior and I could just go on and on about her! Thank you Deborah for making my storage move-in day such a good one. :)

I have never rented storage space before. I received wonderful customer service at the storage space on McCart Ave in Ft. Worth, Texas. Stephanie I believe was the one who helped meet all my needs and exceed my expectations. I was really dreading dealing with getting storage space because I have heard nightmare stories, but they had a good deal and she worked with my budget and was very informative about the units. In addition to the cleanliness of the units and the friendly staff this location is located by a police department so that made me feel more secure about storing my stuff here.
